Using PLR for Affiliate Profits and More

Filed under: Article Writing — Tags: — admin @ 5:35 pm

Why would anyone want to use PLR for any reason? I am the first to admit that PLR is enticing but in most cases, it just plain sucks.

There are some great resources for plr and it is written well, researched well and even limited to the amount of distribution. When you find a source of this type PLR, it can have some great advantages.

You do not need to do the research. Well researched PLR has already done the research and put the ideas into a form ready for publication.

You do not need to create as much content for creating a website, and with enough changes you could distribute it for publication.

You save on time typing. This is not a major item for people with great typing skills, but for some people this could save a lot of valuable time that could be put to better use.

Time saving can be enormous if you are creating Niche Content Sites, you do not have to spend days or weeks typing and researching. You can hire this done but then you have to wait for that person to finally deliver the content. If you have ever gone this route you know that projected delivery dates are usually not met.

The big advantage of Good PLR, is the fact you can use it any way you choose. You can re-write it or reorganize it to fit your needs and you do not need anyones permission to do so.

Can you save money using PLR?

To write an e-book or create dozens of pages of content, you will need to spend days or weeks doing the research and typing or...

You can hire someone to do it for you. Hiring a Ghost writer is not inexpensive and if the person is good, it may run you as much as $20.00 per article. A well written E-book can cost $1500 dollars or more.

Using PLR and doing some re-write you can produce your own E-Book for around $500.00. This can be a huge saving, not only in money but in time.

In the next installment we will take some time to look at the biggest mistakes most people make when using PLR.

Niche Marketing - Shocking Diet Statistics

Filed under: General — admin @ 4:04 pm

Did you know that one out of three women and one out of four men are on a diet at any given time?

Thats right and the sad part is that two thirds of dieters regain the weight within one year and virtually all regain it within five years.

Television shows like the “biggest loser” have also created a mind set in millions of people that they should be able to lose between 10 and 20 lbs each and every week.

Do you know what “Biggest Loser” does not tell the audience?  Half of that weight is muscle and muscle burn calories, so guess what the results of losing all that muscle is?

Two thirds of dieters regain the weight within one year and virtually all regain it within five years plus a fair amount more.

Enter the old saying “You will gain it back + 20%”.  That 20% is from the loss of muscle.

The  News keeps telling America that we are all obese and that we are facing a national crisis from fat.

This has become such a part of American thinking that, two out of five women and one out of five men would trade three to five years of their life to achieve their weight goals.

The diet industry (diet foods, diet programs, diet drugs, etc.) takes in over $40 billion each year and continues to grow.

Is it any wonder that so many people have entered the “Diet and Nutrition” area of Niche Marketing?

Still with the millions of pages about diet and nutrition this is still a niche topic with a lot of room.

Think about this for just a second…

In 1970 the average age of a girl who started dieting was 14
In 1990 the average dieting age fell to 8.

So did you think about it?

Did you feel shock at all?

Every one is riding the band wagon promoting diet pills, diets and exercise programs.

Want a Niche Market Topic?  How about

“The dangers of diet” or

“The dangers of Diet Pills”.

One more before I run out the door and start jogging around the football field,  “The Danger of Rapid Weight Loss”.

Create your own niche market and the more competition the better this works.

When everyone says buy - say sell.

When everyone says walk - say run.

When everyone says yes - say no.

Alright you get the idea, at least I hope you do.  Take the opposite side of any topic and you probably have a small Niche Topic Success waiting to be developed.

Dowsing For Beginners

Filed under: General, Niche Topics — Tags: , — admin @ 1:30 pm

Dowsing For Beginners is another winner for a niche topic. My friend Nara White Owl has created another winner.

In case you are wondering about my attention to Nara’s Lenses, she is a student and a friend. A year ago Nara would not use a computer and today is she creating Squidoo Lenses.

I met Nara a few years back at an expos where she was a speaker and we grew rapidly into close friends.

I mention her new lens Dowsing For Beginners because its a great example of what can happen when you get excited about creating anything.

You get in a hurry! Late yesterday evening Nara got hold of me in a panic about her new lens.

“It is taking me forever, I have been working on it for hours now.” Hold up girl, why is that so bad? “Well you create them in just an hour or two and I have been all day.”

Different approaches - different people.

Lesson: Relax - Enjoy - and nothing in life is perfect.

Now that includes Nara’s new lens “Dowsing For Beginners”. You need to use the best information possible but you can polish it some each day. Don’t start by trying to find perfection - work toward it.
